• Grow bill-payment acquisition, member resurrection, and multi-card adoption
• Track performance metrics and own monthly planning
• Improve conversion across discovery, reminders, payment, and retry flows
• Run campaigns and experiments to increase adoption and repeat use
• Optimize merchandising and communications across app and off-app channels
• Partner with product and data science teams on personalized payment interventions
