About the role
Neuron7 builds an AI-powered service intelligence platform that helps enterprises make service decisions and predict issues. You will own the agent product experience, improve diagnostic workflows, and use customer and product insights to guide its roadmap.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for AI diagnostics and agent product experiences
- Improve onboarding and time to return on investment
- Build self-service diagnostic experiences for end users
- Optimize technician workflows and expert curation tools
- Integrate with enterprise service platforms and field service tools
- Track diagnostic accuracy, case deflection, and technician productivity
