About the role
Neuron7 builds agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 customer service and field operations. You will design and implement enterprise AI solutions, integrations, and backend services while guiding customer deployments.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and solution design with enterprise customers
- Build AI applications, integrations, backend services, and workflows
- Configure RAG pipelines and AI agents for customer solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments
- Lead solution architecture, code reviews, and technical quality
- Mentor engineers and share customer feedback with product teams
