Lead Product Manager

PayPal operates a global payments network connecting consumers and merchants and providing payment processing, payouts, and related services. This product manager will own payments and payouts strategy and guide platform capabilities from discovery through launch and improvement.

• Define the payments and payouts platform strategy and roadmap
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Lead product discovery, design, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement
• Own requirements for processing, settlement, reconciliation, payouts, and exception handling
• Partner with engineering, operations, risk, and compliance to ensure launch readiness
• Monitor product success metrics, profitability, and customer experience
