Sr Product Manager

PayPal operates a global payments network connecting consumers and merchants for transactions, transfers, and payouts. This Product Manager will own payments and payouts platform strategy, requirements, and delivery across the payment lifecycle.

• Define the payments and payouts platform strategy and roadmap
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Lead product development from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
• Own requirements for processing, settlement, reconciliation, payouts, and exceptions
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, risk, and compliance on scalable capabilities
• Track product profitability and lead sprint execution
