About the role
Konovo provides healthcare organisations with a cloud-based platform for collecting and analyzing research data from healthcare professionals and patients. The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer will develop quality standards, automation, testing strategies, and monitoring practices across engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Define quality standards, quality gates, and release-readiness frameworks
- Architect end-to-end test strategies across UI, APIs, databases, security, and performance
- Build automation frameworks and expand coverage for critical workflows
- Integrate AI into test generation, defect classification, and release monitoring
- Set performance benchmarks and improve service scalability and reliability
- Own QA delivery and report quality metrics across global teams
