About the role
Zeta Global provides AI-powered marketing technology for brands to acquire, grow, and retain customers through data-driven engagement. The Site Reliability Engineer will improve service reliability, observability, incident response, and infrastructure automation across cloud and on-premises systems.
What you'll do
- Implement SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for critical services
- Develop resilient systems and improve service uptime
- Lead incident response, postmortems, and root cause analysis
- Automate incident detection and response workflows
- Design observability for tracing, metrics, and logging
- Plan capacity and performance testing as systems scale
