About the role
Zeta Global provides AI-powered marketing technology that helps enterprise brands use customer data for customer engagement. The Staff QA Automation Engineer will build quality systems, automate testing, validate AI outputs, and guide delivery across engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Design automated testing systems that act as engineering guardrails
- Define production-readiness criteria and help teams identify edge cases early
- Assess product feasibility, data requirements, trade-offs, and costs
- Map data flows and identify gaps across systems and integrations
- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI system reliability and accuracy
- Own delivery plans and proactively identify risks
