• Prepare client meeting materials, agendas, recaps, and status updates
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers
• Coordinate internal teams to keep client work on schedule
• Assist with campaign launches, pacing checks, and performance reviews
• Prepare client reports and explain results in clear takeaways
• Flag risks, delays, budget concerns, and unmet client needs
