What you'll do
- Lead and scale a global technical team across cloud, AI, data, and BI
- Define and implement operational processes and client service best practices
- Manage multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP, Azure, and AWS
- Oversee customer relationships, presales, and escalations
- Manage shift schedules, on-call coverage, and capacity planning
- Maintain MSP, ISO, and SOC 2 certifications
