About the role
Cisco develops networking and infrastructure solutions that connect and protect organizations. The Product Operations Leader will set organizational strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee hardware product lifecycle operations.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the product operations strategic roadmap
- Lead and mentor engineering and program management teams
- Coordinate hardware engineering and supply chain transitions from NPI through end of life
- Oversee quality benchmarks and mitigate portfolio risks
- Drive value engineering and cost avoidance initiatives
- Report performance insights and strategic recommendations to executives
