About the role
InMobi operates advertising, marketing, data and consumer platforms using technology, machine learning and generative AI. The Legal Counsel will manage commercial contracts, advise internal teams on compliance and disputes, and improve contract processes.
What you'll do
- Draft, review and negotiate legal and commercial agreements
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams on transactions
- Advise stakeholders on statutory compliance and manage disputes
- Develop systems and processes for compliant contract administration
- Create contract templates and tools for diverse agreements
- Support legal, risk mitigation and compliance activities across teams
