About the role
ABB Motion provides motors, drives and services for industrial customers, supporting energy-efficient and reliable operations. You will analyze markets and financial opportunities, assess M&A targets, and support strategy development and deal evaluation.
What you'll do
- Collect market information and conduct financial modeling and competitive analysis
- Identify M&A and investment targets and assess potential synergies
- Prepare business valuations and financial due diligence
- Develop strategic analyses and identify new markets and solutions
- Prepare strategy and M&A documents and presentations for management
- Identify improvements to M&A processes and tools
