Manager, Accounting (Indirect Cost Analysis)

PhonePe builds digital payments, financial services and digital distribution platforms. This manager will lead indirect cost accounting, reporting, variance analysis and process improvements while ensuring compliance and supporting audits.

• Lead and develop the accounting team
• Finalize indirect costs and accruals and allocate costs across business units
• Review cost variances and provide actionable insights
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Improve financial operations and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Review balance sheet schedules and resolve open items
