About the role
Olyv provides digital lending and financial wellness products to consumers and small businesses in India. The Senior Manager will lead collections teams and agencies, improve recovery performance, manage portfolio risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Develop collection strategies to meet recovery targets
- Optimize dialer campaigns and collection workflows
- Lead and coach tele-calling teams and external agencies
- Analyze portfolio and MIS reports to address risk trends
- Manage complex delinquent accounts and settlement escalations
