Olyv provides app-based credit and other financial products to underserved customers across India. The Quality Analyst will monitor collection calls, assess agent quality and compliance, and report process insights.
What you'll do
- Monitor customer calls and interactions to evaluate agent performance
- Provide feedback to improve agent quality and collections performance
- Capture call insights using quality evaluation forms
- Conduct call calibration sessions with operations teams
- Identify process gaps and support process improvements
- Prepare quality reports and share insights internally
