About the role
Olyv is a technology-driven financial services company using technology and data to provide financial solutions to underserved consumers. The Compliance Officer will maintain regulatory controls, oversee monitoring and reporting, and coordinate audits and regulatory matters.
What you'll do
- Monitor RBI and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, frameworks, SOPs, and controls
- Assess compliance risks and track remediation plans
- Oversee AML/KYC compliance, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting
- Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and responses
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and governance bodies
