About the role
Diageo makes and distributes premium drinks brands around the world. The Regional Demand Planner will lead regional demand planning and S&OP, align forecasts with commercial teams, and support supply chain digital transformation.

- Manage the monthly regional Sales and Operations Planning process
- Balance supply and demand with regional teams
- Develop accurate forecasts with commercial teams
- Reconcile forecasts against actuals and manage exceptions
- Drive adherence to demand planning systems and processes
- Mentor junior planners or analysts
