About the role
Wabtec provides equipment, systems and services for freight and transit rail, alongside other transportation and industrial markets. The manager will lead a team supporting global direct commodity sourcing operations, supplier events, analytics and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop sourcing and procurement analysts
- Coordinate RFQs, supplier communications and sourcing events
- Support NPI sourcing and Should Cost analysis
- Manage stakeholder escalations and service delivery performance
- Drive SLA and KPI tracking, reporting and process improvements
- Support governance reviews, audits and compliance requirements
