About the role
Navan's Enterprise Team builds corporate travel tools for policies, approvals, identity and analytics. The Engineering Manager will lead a team building configuration tools and scalable backend systems.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach and grow a team of 5–10 full-stack engineers
- Define project scopes, deliverables and roadmaps with product and design
- Guide architecture and technical trade-offs across the engineering stack
- Improve agile development processes and operational reliability
- Identify staffing needs, hire engineers and onboard new team members
