About the role
Nordson's Electronics Solutions division provides fluid dispensing and surface treatment solutions to semiconductor, automotive electronics, printed circuit board and precision assembly manufacturers. The Technical Product Manager will guide product lines through their lifecycle, lead growth and competitive strategy, and coordinate development and product launches.
What you'll do
- Lead product planning and requirements for new product development
- Coordinate product launches and updates with cross-functional teams
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitive offerings
- Develop pricing, product positioning and profitable growth strategies
- Lead quarterly competitive reviews and product simplification efforts
- Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement programs
