Manager - R&D Project Management

Elanco develops animal health products and services to prevent and treat disease in farm animals and pets. This role coordinates R&D project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

• Plan and execute R&D project management deliverables
• Develop integrated schedules and optimize project resources
• Forecast project finances and analyze budget variances
• Communicate project health, risks, and dependencies to leadership
• Lead risk mitigation and maintain project documentation
• Implement PMO process improvements and promote adoption of project tools
