About the role
Lowe’s India supports the technology, business, analytics, and shared services strategy of Lowe’s, a home improvement retailer. You will lead the Vendor Performance team and improve vendor compliance, operational processes, and supplier performance.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team managing vendor performance and compliance
- Analyze vendor performance against KPIs and report insights to stakeholders
- Create improvement plans for critical suppliers
- Coordinate with supply chain, inventory, accounting, merchandising, and technology teams
- Maintain vendor management systems and prioritize application roadmap needs
- Develop compliance reports and workflow improvements
