About the role
CME Group operates a global derivatives marketplace. The HR Technology Manager leads the Bangalore support team while configuring Workday, resolving complex tickets, and delivering system enhancements.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach the Bangalore HR Technology analyst team
- Manage ticket queues, task assignments, and SLA compliance
- Resolve tier-three support tickets and complex Workday configuration issues
- Configure Workday Core HCM, security, reporting, and functional modules
- Lead system enhancements, configuration rollouts, and release testing
- Translate HR stakeholder requirements into scalable Workday solutions
