About the role
Fictiv provides a digital manufacturing platform connecting customers with manufacturing partners. You will assess part manufacturability and cost, create quotations and drawings, and help improve manufacturing and quoting processes.
What you'll do
- Review models, drawings, parts lists, and manufacturing feasibility
- Generate quotes using analysis and software recommendations
- Develop cost calculators for new manufacturing services
- Provide design-for-manufacturing feedback to builders
- Recommend improvements to automated quoting software
- Generate 2D drawings to ANSI/ASME Y14.5 standards
