About the role
Target operates a curated retail marketplace called Target Plus alongside its broader retail business. This specialist resolves return disputes, supports marketplace partners, analyzes case trends, improves processes and policies, and trains new team members.
What you'll do
- Resolve return dispute cases and determine payouts using established guardrails
- Investigate and resolve partner questions and disputes
- Analyze dispute trends, case inflow, and operational output
- Recommend improvements to workflows, policies, and dispute guardrails
- Onboard and train new hires on end-to-end dispute resolution
- Document potential fraud cases and coordinate abuse-prevention guidelines
