About the role
Target serves families with everyday shopping and operates an application security team. The Penetration Tester will assess applications and networks, validate vulnerabilities, and guide remediation and compliance work.
What you'll do
- Perform manual and automated application-layer penetration tests
- Conduct network-layer penetration tests and validate segmentation controls
- Triage bug bounty reports and risk-rate security findings
- Retest fixes and provide actionable remediation guidance
- Coordinate security assessments with external firms and verify compliance obligations
