• Build and scale backend and infrastructure for customer feedback intelligence
• Harden ML and NLP pipelines, model serving, and data flows
• Define data models, event flows, and service boundaries
• Instrument production systems for observability and early failure detection
• Make cost-effective infrastructure decisions while shipping continuously
• Mentor engineers and improve systems through code and design reviews
