Staff Software Engineer, Platform

Enterpret provides a customer feedback intelligence platform that turns unstructured feedback into a structured source of truth. You will own and scale its graph platform, data systems, indexing, and inference pipelines while improving reliability and cost.

• Own the knowledge graph, model repository, data systems, and inference pipelines
• Upgrade indexing and inference layers for latency and availability at scale
• Diagnose production issues and build metrics, alerts, runbooks, and rollback plans
• Optimize cloud resource costs and cost per feedback record
• Partner with product engineers, PMs, and SRE on platform priorities
• Mentor engineers as the team grows
