About the role
Enterpret centralizes customer feedback and uses knowledge graphs, adaptive taxonomies, and AI agents to turn it into product intelligence. The Principal Engineer will own architecture and execution across core product systems, including agent and ML infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Own architecture for agent, application, and context graph systems
- Turn product direction into phased technical plans and milestones
- Define boundaries across frontend, backend, agent, ML, and data systems
- Review product and engineering designs for gaps and execution risks
- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to code and incident reviews
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM on product direction
