About the role
Enterpret builds a customer feedback intelligence platform that structures unstructured feedback into a queryable source of truth. This engineer will design, build, and operate production components across the Graph Platform, data systems, and high-throughput pipelines.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver Graph Platform components from design through rollout
- Improve reliability, latency, performance, and operational readiness across platform systems
- Investigate production issues and implement durable fixes
- Add metrics, alerts, runbooks, tests, and rollback plans to changes
- Own on-call and production operations for assigned components
- Review code and support more junior engineers
