About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including project management for commercial buildings. The MEP Engineer will coordinate system design and construction, manage project costs and schedules, and oversee quality and compliance.
What you'll do
- Coordinate MEP design from concept through construction completion
- Develop project schedules and track MEP milestones
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and contractor claims
- Inspect sites and verify installation quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate BIM reviews and resolve design conflicts
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and MEP code compliance
