About the role
SISA Information Security provides cybersecurity services, including authorized red team and penetration testing engagements. This person will simulate attacker behavior, identify security weaknesses, and deliver technical findings with remediation guidance.
What you'll do
- Lead red team and penetration testing engagements
- Plan and execute attack scenarios across networks, cloud, and identity systems
- Run phishing simulations and develop proof-of-concept exploits
- Assess security controls and map techniques to MITRE ATT&CK
- Prepare reports with attack chains, impact, evidence, and remediation guidance
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to red team playbooks
