NICE CXOne Support Engineer

Miratech provides IT services and supports digital transformation for enterprise clients, including a US healthcare client. You will provide Level 3 production support for NICE CXone contact center systems and improve their reliability.

• Provide Level 3 production support for NICE CXone environments
• Monitor and resolve incidents, outages, and service requests
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
• Support contact center routing, channels, and integrations
• Support deployments, releases, and production changes
• Improve monitoring, automation, and operational procedures
