About the role
Skydo's operations team manages payment operations, customer experience and compliance processes. You will analyze operational losses and build automation, dashboards and AI-led improvements across these functions.
What you'll do
- Build loss trees and quantify operational gaps
- Automate workflows, alerts, document parsing and reconciliation
- Deliver efficiency and AI projects using DMAIC
- Build dashboards and real-time alerts for operational metrics
- Work hands-on in operations during ramp-up and launches
- Embed improvements in SOPs and establish monitoring
