About the role
Skydo handles payments involving banking partners, invoicing and foreign exchange operations. The associate will process payments, manage operational tickets, reconcile transactions and improve reporting and automation.
What you'll do
- Execute payment processing, invoicing, tracking and forex operations
- Resolve operations tickets within defined SLAs
- Maintain SQL dashboards and develop new dashboards
- Support automated reconciliation with banking partners
- Publish daily reports and track partner and customer KPIs
- Analyze transaction trends and implement process improvements
