About the role
Version 1 delivers technology and transformation services, including Oracle enterprise applications, to global customers. You will support Oracle Cloud ERP users, triage and resolve incidents, administer user access, and assist with testing and service improvements.
What you'll do
- Triage and prioritise ERP incidents and service requests
- Resolve routine L1 and L2 user queries
- Manage tickets and follow up to meet service-level agreements
- Perform user setup, password resets, and role provisioning
- Escalate unresolved issues with investigation details
- Test quarterly releases and document recurring issues
