About the role
Version 1 delivers technology and transformation services, including Oracle solutions for global clients. You will support Oracle Cloud supply chain applications, resolve functional issues, manage changes, and help clients adopt and improve the system.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Cloud SCM functional issues within SLA timelines
- Handle configuration changes, enhancements, and minor fixes
- Gather and document requirements for business changes
- Coordinate client change requests through design, prioritization, and completion
- Support quarterly releases through impact assessment, testing, and defect resolution
- Train end users and maintain functional support documentation
