About the role
Version 1 delivers technology and transformation services, including Oracle Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will support client applications, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and coordinate changes, releases, testing, and training.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day application support for client Oracle Cloud systems
- Gather and document requirements for business changes
- Coordinate client change requests through design, assessment, and completion
- Support quarterly releases through impact assessment, testing, and defect resolution
- Create test plans and coordinate testing with stakeholders
- Train end users on application functionality
