Order Management Senior Analyst

Fivetran automates data movement and supports organizations with a trusted foundation for analytics and AI. The analyst will oversee order operations reporting, exception queues, validation, and system health across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.

• Build and maintain global Order Operations dashboards
• Triage blocked orders, integration errors, and amendment backlogs
• Review closed-won opportunities for policy, pricing, contract, and revenue alignment
• Maintain validation runbooks, test cases, and exception playbooks
• Monitor order-flow integrations and execute UAT for product releases
• Resolve booking blockers with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Billing
