Payroll Executive

NewSpace Research and Technologies develops autonomous systems and aerospace and defence technologies. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee tax matters, HRMS data, reporting and payroll queries.

• Process monthly payroll and validate salary inputs
• Coordinate settlements, bonuses, arrears and payroll adjustments
• Manage employee tax declarations and statutory payroll compliance
• Maintain payroll data, records, filings and compliance trackers
• Prepare payroll MIS reports, reconciliations and cost analyses
• Resolve employee queries on payroll, taxation and deductions
