• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries
• Review payroll results and resolve complex issues and escalations
• Coach and manage a team of 4–6 Payroll Specialists
• Monitor payroll quality, service levels, and key performance indicators
• Lead payroll process improvement, transformation, and automation initiatives
• Support audits and maintain payroll compliance with legislation and controls
