Payroll Specialist

• Prepare and validate payroll inputs for the external provider
• Review payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies
• Process employee changes, off-cycle payments and manual payments
• Complete payroll reconciliations and support month-end and year-end activities
• Respond to payroll queries and coordinate issue resolution
• Maintain payroll records, support audits and improve payroll controls
