About the role
PayJoy provides point-of-sale financing and credit products to customers in emerging markets. You will run global HR operations, administer Southeast Asia people systems and processes, and support audits, benefits, and compensation cycles.
What you'll do
- Run onboarding, offboarding, and PTO accrual processes
- Administer Southeast Asia people systems and resolve user issues
- Coordinate People projects, track progress, and escalate risks
- Gather data and prepare analysis for regional People audits
- Maintain HR compliance and update process documentation
- Identify process gaps and implement approved improvements
