About the role
PayJoy provides secured credit and financing to underserved customers in emerging markets. The analyst will support compensation programs, job architecture, salary benchmarking, and related People analytics.
What you'll do
- Support annual compensation reviews, budgeting, audits, and payout reconciliation
- Price roles and recommend salary ranges, grades, and offer levels
- Model compensation proposal costs and present options to leadership
- Validate sales incentive and corporate bonus calculations and payouts
- Maintain job families, career levels, job codes, and HRIS mappings
- Audit job profiles and document leveling and promotion guidance
