About the role
Okta's People Technology team manages systems supporting its hire-to-retire processes. This role leads delivery of talent technology initiatives, integrations, and workflows across recruiting, learning, performance, and career development.
What you'll do
- Lead multi-quarter talent technology projects across connected systems
- Drive delivery against prioritized Talent Acquisition and Talent Management backlogs
- Break epics and requirements into user stories and technical tasks
- Coordinate integrations across Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and Workday
- Write functional requirements, process flows, data mappings, and use cases
- Resolve project risks and integration blockers with stakeholders
