About the role

What you'll do
- Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Growth & Talent
- Build business cases for talent platform initiatives and measure ROI
- Translate business priorities into epics, user stories, and product specifications
- Evaluate technical trade-offs across user experience, risk, and scalability
- Set strategy for AI integrations across the talent lifecycle
