Principal Engineer, Analog Design

GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development and fabrication services, including analog and mixed-signal IP for SoCs. The Principal Analog Design Engineer will architect, design, verify and bring up reusable analog IP from concept through silicon.

• Architect analog and mixed-signal IP for signal-chain or power-management applications
• Design transistor-level circuits and verify performance across PVT corners
• Support integration, tape-out, silicon bring-up and post-silicon characterization
• Define validation requirements and design-for-test architecture
• Mentor engineers and establish analog design and verification practices
