Senior Engineer, Physical Design

GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development, and fabrication services. You will execute and improve physical design flows for chip partitions, including implementation, timing closure, and physical verification.

• Own or execute backend implementation flows for sub-designs
• Perform placement, clock-tree synthesis, routing, and timing closure
• Analyze congestion, crosstalk, and physical verification results
• Clarify PPA priorities with domain experts
• Develop reusable EDA tools, flows, and methodologies
