Principal Engineer - ServiceNow (ITOM)

Amadeus provides technology for the travel industry. You will design and evolve enterprise ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, integrations, and operational frameworks.

• Define and evolve ServiceNow ITOM strategies
• Design ITOM solutions across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
• Guide engineering and optimization across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management
• Develop standardized frameworks, automation assets, and reusable solutions
• Integrate observability, monitoring, and automation tools
• Support platform governance, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement
